Send your order the old-fashioned way! Choose what you want from our
website and mail it to us. Pay by credit card, check or money-order. Keep reading for more information.
1. Our online catalog is
set-up so that you can browse our catalog any time of day or night and submit your order thru
the internet. Simply choose what you want by browsing the categories of Tick stuff. Press
the BUY IT button when you see something you want to add to your shopping cart. Our system
will keep track of what you want in your SHOPPING CART. When you're ready to purchase the
contents of your shopping cart proceed to our SECURE SERVER to CHECK-OUT! Orders may also be
placed by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail. Please include payment in US Dollars with your
order.
Special Note to Foreign Customers:
We can only accept checks, money orders, or drafts from foreign countries if they meet
all the following requirements.
A. Payable in U.S. Dollars and drawn on an American Bank.
OR
B. In the form of a postal money order payable in U.S. Dollars
and acceptable to the United States Postal Service.
2. Most orders ship
within 1-4 days, although in some rare cases due to temporary sell out it can take up to 7 to 10 days.
Please feel free to inquire if you have a question prior to ordering. Priority is given to orders
paying for 2nd Day or Overnight delivery when possible.
3. BACK ORDER POLICY: As a
rule we only list items in this catalog which we have in stock NOW or expect to receive
very shortly. Occasionally and item is LATE. If you order such an item, we will "BACK
ORDER" it for you. This means we will ship the rest of your order promptly. When the
late item comes in we will ship it separately AT OUR EXPENSE. The invoice your receive
with your main order will tell you about any "BACK ORDERS".
3. Comics and toys are
guaranteed to be in Very Fine to Mint condition unless stated otherwise. All toys are in
original sealed packages. Please note that toy packages may sometimes show dents or marks
due to shipping. NECP cannot guarantee MINT toys or comics. However we will try to provide
the best condition!
4. Prices subject to change
any time without notice.
5. NECP reserves the right to
cancel this catalog, refuse orders, withdraw product or limit quantities.
6. RETURN POLICY: Unless noted
otherwise, any item ordered from this catalog may be returned within SEVEN (7) days of
receipt and in same condition as sent out for exchange or merchandise credit (only).
Discounts, if any, may be subject to adjustment due to returns. Please call for
authorization and instructions before returning anything.
